The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 95 to Facility Operating- I License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. This amendment consists of l l- changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated I December 30, 1986. '

l This amendment revises section 5.2.2(h) of the Technical Specifications to include a second vent and second drain valve to the scram dump tank.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal R_egister notice.
