APENDMENT N0.74 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. OPR-54, PRESSURIZER HEATER TESTING The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 74 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated October 29, 1984.

The amendment revises the Technical Specifications defining the testing requirements for those pressurizer heaters powered from Class IE power sources.

l A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's Biweekly Notice.
