AMENDMENT NO. 109 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-54 RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. 63081)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of' changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your letter dated September 24, 1986 and April 27, 1989.

This amendment revised TS 4.17, " Steam Generators," its bases, and associated Tables 4.17-2A and 4.17-2B to permit repairs of steam generator tubes by means of tube sleeves.

l A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
