I amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated December 12, 1986.

This amendment revised the Technical Specifications by changing the air flow rate through the Reactor Building Purge Valves, adding a requirement to test the Reactor Building Purge Exhaust HEPA filters, and clarifying in the bases of TS the air flow rate difference with or without containment integrity.

1 A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.

Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
