ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND FINDING 0F N0 SIGNIFICANT IMPACT FOR EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 50.120 AT THE RANCHO SEC0 NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. M87051)

Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to the subject exemption. The NRC, acting on its own motion, is considering granting an exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.120 to establish, implennt, and maintain training programs, using the systems approach to training, for the categories of personnel listed in 10 CFR 50.120. The Sacramento Municipal Utility' District in its letters of July 19, and July 29, 1993, provided justification supporting this action.
