The Commission has issued.the enclosed Amendment No.

to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated October 8,1986, as revised September 8,1987.

This amendment revised the Technical Specifications by removing the tabular listing of snubbers, as suggested by Generic Letter 84-13, dated May 3,1985.

A Upy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
