The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 94 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specification in response to your application dated October 2,1986, as supplemented December 13, 1986, April 1,1987, October 8,1987, October 26, 1987 and November 17, 1987.
This amendment added criteria to the Technical Specifications to reflect the addition of two diesel generators and the associated modifications to the Rancho Seco emergency electrical distribution system.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
