We have performed a preliminary revied of those items. The bases of our review was to determine which items could affect those systems ^in the operable, available, or prudent-to-operate _ categories.. 11sts those items for which additional information is required to determine the acceptability of the delays or deferrtis.- In general, our comments relate to the: effects of the deferral of certain commitments on those systems currently designated as operable available, or.
. prudent-to-operate.
In some instances, these effects were not clearly described.: In addition,-the commitments related to NRC Generic Letters need to-be addressed individually in more depth, particularly 'related to-their impact on the operable, available, and prudent-to-operate systems. _We~have reviewed the evaluation of the commitments related.to liquid effluents and Lyour proposed disposition of.them in an. inspection conducted May:8 -'11, w
