ENCLOSURE S - DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM .

1 Were all the new loads added to the voltage ~ study which was approved in 19837 ,

Confirm the assumption or submit the new study.

i All the new loads that have been identified have been added to the voltage study. It should be noted that no significant loads were added during this i outage. New power sources and capacity were added this outage.

Guide 1.9 position' 4, requires f requency restored to within 2% of nominal and voltage witnin 10% of nominal within 60% of each load sequence time interval . Also, there is a requirement for speed excursion and overspeed trip in this position. Confira Rancho Seco design compliance with these requirements.

RESPCNSE:

l Ine TDI diesel generators were purchased to comply witn R. G.1.9, Rev. 2.

l Final. testing in Rancho Seco - Special Test Procedure (STP) No. 961 will determine actual frequency, voltage, and engine speed responses statea in R.
