The NRC staff agrees with your letter of January 15,1988 3xcept for Item 2 where you state that you will administratively control the activity. A 10 CFR Part 55 licensee must either satisfy the requirer.ents for a complete reactivation of his/her license or must have the license appropriately modified pursuant to 10CFR55.16(a). Additionally, action should be taken to appropriately modify any other licenses where necessary, to bring them into compliance with 10 CFR 55.53(f).
