Thank you for your letter dated July 14, 1986 in response to our letter dated June 12, 1986 pertaining to Security Event Report BRP 86-1 and a vehicle related incident which occurred on May 1, 1986.

After reviewing your response, we have concluded that the incidents ac' dressed in your July 14, 1986 letter did constitute two violations of your security plan. However, based upon information in your written response, we have also concluded that the violations meet the criteria of 10 CFR 2, Appendix C, Section V.A as a licensee identified violation. Therefore, a separate Notice of Violation will not be cited for the incidents.
