Unit 3 reduced power on August 23 to perform the Turbine Valve Test. Upon, satisfactory completion of the test Unit 3 remained at reduced power to perform an inspection and cleaning of the North and South Waterboxes. Unit 3 was'eturned to full power on August 24, 1990.

The loss of the pump was due to an in-correct setpoint on an agasta't relay The relays have been recalibrated on the 4A 8i 4B Steam Generator Feedwate Pump.

Tierne TELEPHONE 305 246-6970 REPORT MONTH Au ust 1990 Unit 4 remained in cold shutdown for the investigation/repair of an internal leak on the pressurizer spray valve and an external leak on an. old pressurizer spray valve body. The unit remained in cold shutdown to repair a leak in the upper pressurizer manway. The unit was returned'o service on August 5. Unit, 4'xperienced an Automatic Reactor Trip on low-low Steam Generator Level due to a trip of 4A Steam Generator Feedwater Pump. The loss of the pump was, due to an incorrect setpoint on an Agastat relay. The relays on the 4A and 4B Steam Generator Feedwater Pump were recalibrated
