Unit 3 reduced power on August 23 to perform the Turbine Valve Test. Upon, satisfactory completion of the test Unit 3 remained at reduced power to perform an inspection and cleaning of the North and South Waterboxes. Unit 3 was'eturned to full power on August 24, 1990.

The unit remained in cold shutdown to repair a leak in the upper pressurizer manway. The unit was returned'o service on August 5. Unit, 4'xperienced an Automatic Reactor Trip on low-low Steam Generator Level due to a trip of 4A Steam Generator Feedwater Pump.
