This letter is to inform you that effective November 19, 2023, Ms. Jennivine Rankin will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Ms. Rankin will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Ms. Jennifer L. Dixon-Herrity regarding all Region IV Operating Reactors provided in the enclosure to this letter.
