LER 82-117/03 L-0 AECM-82/551 During shutdown, while performing surveillance procedure 06-EL-1L11-W-0001-125 volt Batter'; Bank Pilot Cell Check, Pilot Cell 19 failed to meet the minimum specific gravity requirement of T.S.4.8.2.1.a. This resulted in declaring the Division III Batteries inoperable. Attached is LER 82-117/03 L-0.
