Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-29 Addendum to Rev. 30 of the GGNS Physical Security Plan GNRO-99/00048 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), Entergy Operations, Inc. herewith files an addendum to the Physical Security Plan for the protection of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. This addendum is submitted to announce the relocation / reconfiguration of our Central and Secondary Alarm Station facilities. On completion of the project, Revision 31 of the Physical Security Plan will be submitted to incorporate the addendum as indicated in the enclosure.
Entergy Operations has evaluated the addendum and determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical security Plan. The contents of this addendum were previously discussed with NRC Region IV with no concerns outstanding. The Plant Safety Review Committee has also approved this addendum.
An original and three copies of the addendum are enclosed in a separate package. The material in the separate package contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public domain.
