Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 Refueling Platform Trip Switches Reference: LER 82-005/01 T-0 File 0260/L-835.0 AECM-82/326 On July 9,1982, Grand Gulf Unit 1 experienced the failure of automatic interlocks to stop the refueling platform's approach to the core. Manual stopping was required. This event is reportable based on Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Technical Specification 6.9.1.12e.

Attached is LER 82-005/01 T-0 with supplementary information.
