In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (p), Entergy Operations, Inc. herewith files Revision 31 to the Physical Security Plan for the protection of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.

Entergy Operations has evaluated the revision and determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. This revision has been approved by the Plant Safety Review Committee.

An original and three copies of the revised plan are enclosed in a separate package.

The' material in the separate package contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public disclosure. Please destroy or return all pages of the Plan currently in your possession, including the addendum referenced in l

this Plan revision, which are replaced by this submittal.
