l Management actions to enhancing the Fitness for Duty Program i during this reporting period:

. Management initiated a training session at Riverbend on June 18,1999. Entergy's four sites (ANO, Waterford, RBS l

and GGNS) had refresher training in Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty.

Fitness For Duty Initiatives Taken:

. Assisted Waterford III and Riverbend in 1999 outages.

. One Entergy person was involved in our follow-up program during this reporting period.

. Completed 90 day 10CFR26 Requirement on startup of 1

new (DHHS) certified laboratory. l

. Random Testing Rate during this period was 30.1%. Yearly Random testing rate is 50.0%

Effective Evaluation: '

l

. The Fitness for Duty program continues to update and revise ,

(_ procedurer based on operating experience, lessons learned  !

and NRC audits conducted at other nuclear sites to ensure  :

a drug free workplace.
