(SERI) is submitting the certificate of insurance for nuclear property insurance issued by Nuclear Mutual Limited for the policy period April 1, 1990 to April 1, 1991.

Additionally, SERI is submitting the certificate of insurance evidencing the increased excess property insurance in effect with American Nuclear Insurers and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (ANI/MAELU), ef fective April 1,1990.
