Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Radioactive Liquid Effluent Monitor Inoperable, Final Report LER 82-021/99 X-1 AECM-82/606 On July 20, 1982, a Limiting Condition for Operation was entered because a quarterly functional test of the radioactive liquid effluent monitoring system had not been performed by its due date. The effluent monitor was therefore declared inoperable. This condition is reported pursuant to Technical Specification 4.3.7.11 and Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
