SUBJECT: NRC REQUALIFICATION TRAINING INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-416/99-10
Dear Mr. Eaton:
This refers to the inspection conducted on August 9 to 13,1999, at the Grand Gulf Nuclear
Station facility. The inspection covered your licensed operators' requalification program and
observations of requalification activities. The enclosed report presents the results of this
inspection.
We determined that your requalification program satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR
Subpart 55.59.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's ' Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
