Dear Mr. Eaton:
By letter dated November 26,1997, as supplemented by letter dated February 18,1999, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOl), submitted its second 10 year inservice testing (IST) program, which began on December 1,1997, for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS). In the updated program, EOl submitted the following relief requests for pump and valve inservice testing:
PRR-E12-01, Residual Heat Removal System Pumps E12C003A, B, & C PRR E21-01, Low Pressure Core Spray Pump E21C002 PRR E22-01, High Pressure Core Spray Pump E22C003
