St>BJECT: Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Inoperability of Drywell Post-LOCA Vacuum Breaker Position Indicators LER 82-107/03 X-1 AECM-82/622 When entering Mode 3 (from Mode 4), the requirements of Technical Specification 3.6.5.c were not satisfied due to the drywell post-LOCA vacuum breaker position indicators not being operable. The inoperability was due to position indicators having been removed. Attached is LER 82-107/03 X-1.
