Identified in Licenseo Event Report (LER) 88-19, Revision 1, " Surveillance Required by Technical Specifications Not Performed Following Containment Hydronen Vent System Absorber Replacement" Your letter of February 8, 1989 identified deficiencies with Revision 1 to LER 88-19 issued on November 11, 1988. Revision 2 was subsequently issued on March 31, 1989 and addresses the concerns raised in your letter. The LER now includes a discussion on: j i
