VENDOR INTERFACE PROGRAM, BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1, 2 AND 3 By letter dated November 7, 1983, TVA submitted a response to Generic Letter (GL) 83-28, including Item 2.1 (Part 2) regarding the Vendor Interface ,

Program. The NRC staff by letters dated October 20, 1986, November 7, 1986,  !

and January 28, 1987 requested additional and clarifying information. On l April 1,1987, TVA responded with the requested additional information  !

regarding GL 83-28, Item 2.1 (Part 2). Item 2.1 (Part 2) required each license 1 to confirm the establishment and maintenance of a program to ensure that vendor {

information for safety-related components of the Reactor Trip System is q complete. j l
