A SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR LICENSE MEDICAL UPDATE On April 15, 1999, TVA sent a letter to NRC concerning a Senior Reactor Operator license medical update.
This medical update identified a restriction change from a previous submittal for the individual listed below:
