This letter' confirms the telephone conversation between T. Abney of your staff and H. Christensen of this office.on Se)tember 29, 1998 concerning a management meeting at your request whic1 has been scheduled for December 17, 1998, from 10:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. The purpose of this meeting is.to discuss recent Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant performance and on-going site activities.

The location of the meeting will be at NRC Region Office on the 24th floor of-the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth St.. SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T20. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340)
