This letter confirms the telephone conversation between T. Abney of your staff and T. Morrissey of this office on October 21,1998 concerning a management meeting at your request which has been scheduled for November 5,1998 at 10:00a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss recent Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Engineering performance and on-going site activities.~ The location of the meeting will be at NRC Region Office on the 24th floor of the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center,61 Forsyth St., SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T25. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement'
