In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section VI.3.a

" Emergency Response Data System," TVA is providing notification of revisions to the BFN Unit 2 ERDS Data Point Library. These revisions were implemented on April 13, 1999, and require NRC notification within 30 days.

The enclosure to this letter provides the revisions to the Unit 2 Data Point Library. The changes were implemented 3 during the Unit 2 Cycle 10 outage and reflect the l modifications made in support of power uprate. There are no '
