BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1,2, AND 3 -WITHDRAWAL OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE NO. 356 (TAC NOS. M94347, M94348, AND M94349)
Dear Mr. Scalice:
By letter of October 1,1998, the Tennessee Valley Authority informed the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission of its decision to withdraw from further consideration Technical Specification Change No. 356, submitted on December 22,1995. Because the staff did not issue a Federal Reaister notice pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a)(2)(i) for this request, there is no need to publish a Federal Reaister notice regarding the withdrawal. The staff has ceased all efforts related to the change request, and considers TAC Nos. M94347, M94348, and M94349 closed.
