REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT On June 26-29, 1989, the NRC administered requalification examinations to twelve employees of your organization who operate your Perry Nuclear Power Station.
The requalification materials that were provided were excellent. Also, the examinations were implemented very well by your Training Staff. As a result of this evaluation your requalification program has been assigned an overall program rating of satisfactory, in accordance with the criteria of NUREG-1021, ES 601.
The one operator, who did not achieve a passing grade for written portion of the NRC Requalification Examination, has been remediated by your Training Staff. This individual is scheduled for a NRC re-examination on August 23, 1989.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Cocaission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
