O'Dwyer, of this office, on July 30 through September 19.-1990, of activities at Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1, authorized by NRC Facility ' Operating License No, NPF-58 and to the disc,'ssion of our findings with Mr. 'M. Gmyrek and others of your staff on September 19, 1990, at the conclusion ! of the inspection.. The enclosed copy' of our inspection report identifies areas examined during i the insoection. - Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective -examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and -l , interviews with personnel. ) i During this inspection, certain of your activities' appeared te be in violation
