C. ENTRY C_0_NDITION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01,

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B equipment, AND e
2. The Shift Forenan has determined that the reactar is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternatjve Safe Shutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is te provide s,7plemental actions to be .

used concurrently with E0Ps and otner operations procedures to achieve and maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-site power. /t 43,1

0. OPERATOR ACTIONS

2. OBSERVE the followirg parameters on instruments indicated while

, performirig actions to acnieve and maintain cold shutdown.

3. IF, reactor building entry is required to restore ((t monitor equipment, THEN
a. DISPATCH the following minimun manpower for performance of this procedure:

b. OBT(IN the following keys from the SOS Key Locker (1) ASSD Equipment Cabinet Key #148

_ (1) ASSD Flashlight Tool Box Key #160 AND PROCURE the following equipment from the AFSD Equipment Cabinet.

For Reactor Building (1) Sound powered phone (1) Flashlight (1) Copy of this procedure (3) Renote Shutdown Keys, Serial T112 (1) Security Access Key (1) Twenty-five foot sound powered phone extension cord.

c. USE appropriate figures in this procedure to provide access / egress routes, equipment and comunication locations. (Normal communications may not be available.)

6. IF Conventional-Nuclear Header Cross-tie Valve,1-SW-V102 CANNOT be operated f rom the RTGB, THEN Manually 0PERATE 1-SW-V102.
7. IF operation of RHR Service Water Systen is required AND RHR Tervice Water Booster Pumps are NOT available, THEN RTETR to 0P-43.

8. IF operation of HPCI Stean Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, T~E41-F002 is required AND_ power is NOT available from MCC IX0, THEN
a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Stean Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, 1-E41-F002, at MCC IXD compartment OW1.

__b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Stean Supply Line Isolation VaTve, 1-E41-F002, (ASSD FEED) at MCC IXC compartment 051. .

c. IF 1-E41-F002 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the X550 Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC IXC compartment 0S1.

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Turoine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve,1-E41-F079, at MCC IXB compartment 000,
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position far HPCI Turbine Vacoun Breaker Valve,~~

1-E41-F079, ( ASSO Feed) at MCC IXC compartment OT2.

c. IF 1-E41-F079 is required to be Open THEN PLACE the 73'SD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC IXC compartment OT2.
d. IF 1-E41-F079 is required to be Closed, THEN. PLACE the

%550 Keylock Control Switch i'n the CLOSE position, at MCC IXC compartment OT2. .

10 IF operation of Shutdown Cooling Outboard Suction Isolation VIlve,1-E11-F008 is required AND power is NOT available from MCC IXOR, THEN R 8,1

a. VERIFY OFF OR PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the DTT position for Shutdown Cooling Outboard Suction Isolation Valve,1-Ell-F008, at MCC 1XDB compartment B50,
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch on the ON position for RHR Suction isolation Valve,1-E11-7008, (ASSD FEED) at MCC IXDA compartment B26.
c. IF,1-E11-F003 is requirod to be Open, THEN PLACE the Close/Off/Open Keylock Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC IXDA compartment R26.
d. IF 1 mil-F008 is required to he Closed, THEN PLACE Iiie Close/0ff/Open Keylock Switch in the M SE position, at MCC IXDA compartment B26.
