C. ENTRY CONDITION _ l This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01.

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A equipnent, AND
2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be i brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown

Train B.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achiemand R B.I il naintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of of f-site power.

5. IF Diesel Generator operation is required, THEN BLOCK "0 PEN" UTesel Generator Building doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.
6. IF RBCCW Heat Exchangers Service Water inlet Valve,1-SW-V106 UkNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually 0PERATE 1-SW-V106
7. IF Vital Header Cross-tie Valve,1-SN-V118 CANNOT be operated Tr~om the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 1-SW-VTTE-

c. IF 1-E51-F007 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the MSG Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN_ position, at MCC IXD compartment DY1.
d. IF 1-E51-F007 is required to be closed. THEN PLACE the ESD Keylock Control Switch in the CLOSE position, at MCC IXD compartment DY1.

10 IF operation of RCIC Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve, R$1-F062 is required AND power is _NOT available f ron MCC 1XA, THEN

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for RCIC Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve,1-E51-F062, at MCC IXA compartment DE4 R B.f
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON posotion for RCIC Turbine Vacuum Breaker Valve, R51-F062, (ASSD FEED) at MCC 1XD compartment DW2.
