1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alcernative Safe Shutdown Train B equipment,

2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to brought to Cold Snutdown using Alter native Safe Shutdown Train A.

2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while performing actions to achieve and maintain cM 4 shutdown.

b. OBTAIN the following keys from the Shif t Foreman's Key Locker

~ (1) ASSD Equipment Cabinet Key #148 (1) ASSD Flashlight Tool Box Key #160

c. OBTAIN Security Access Keys from SAS Security Officer located in the Control Room AND PROCURE the following equipment from the ASSD Tiiulpment Cabinet:

4. IF Diejel Generator operation is required, THEN BLOCK OPEN DTesel Generator Building doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.
5. IF Nuclear Service Water to Vital Header Valve, 2-SW-V117 UNNOT be operated ft .a the RTGB, ~THEN Manually OPERATE FSW-7117.
6. IF Nuclear Service Water Supply Valve, 2-SW V105 CANNOT be operated from the RTGB, _T_ HEN HE Manually 0PERATE 2-57-YIDT.
7. IF Ccnventional-Nuclear Header Cross-tie Valve, 2-SW-V102 UNNOT be operated f rom the RTGB, THEN Manually 0PERATE F3W7102.
8. !F operation of RHR Service Water System is required AND RHR 3ervice Water Booster Pumps are NOT_ available, THEN RTFTR to OP-43.
9. IF operation of HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, FE41-F002 is required AND_ power is NOT available from MCC 2XD, '

Valve, 2-E41-F079, at MCC 2XB compartment DQ0. l

b. PLACE the circuit breaker ' control switch in the ON I position for HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker 7 Valve, 2-E41-F079, (ASSO FEED) at MCC 2XC compartment DT2. g g,
c. IF 2-E41-F079 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the ITSD Keylock Control Switch in;the OPETT6sition, at MCC 2XC compartment O!2.

a. VERIFY OFF OR PLACE the circuit breaker control switch In tee OFF position for shutdown Cooling Suction ThrottDalve, 2-E11-F008, at MCC 2XDB compartment 850.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RHR Suction Isolation Valve, 2-E11-TUO8, (ASSDFEED)atMCC2XDAcompar[mentB26.
c. IF 2-E11-F008 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the TTose/Of f/Open Keylock Switch in the OWR ~ position, at MCC 2XDA compartment B26.

d. IF 2-E11-F008 is required to be Closed, THEN PLACE We Close/Off/Open Keylock Switch in theWSE position, at MCC 2XDA compartment B26.
12. WHEN the Shift Foreman determines:
a. Diesel Generator Building doors that were opened / blocked open for Diesel Generatur ventilation are no longer required to be open, THEN RESTORE all Diesel Generator Building doors that were opened on Attachment 1 to the closed position.
