C. ENTRY CON 0! TION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASS 0-01.

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A equipmant.

AND

2. The Shift Forenin has detemined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B.

l The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be -

(2) 4ACK the 4160 breaker to CONNECTED position.

(3) INSTALL the charging spring notor fuses ONLY.

(4) PLACE tha charging spring notor toggla switch in ON position.

(5) VERIFY charging springs are charged.

h. At 4KV Bus El REMOVE Control power fuses and VERIFY Open OR,0 PEN by depressing nachanical Trip pushbutton, for the following breakers.

(1) CLOSE alteinata sourca breakar at 4KV Bus El, compartment AFO.

(2) ^oEN normal sourca braakar at 4KV Bus Et, compa rtment AE9.

NOTE Two (?) operators are required for racking 4160KV breakars into tha connected position.

(1) Using the screwdrivers provided, remove the cover plate from the manual close lever.

(2) RACK the 4160 breaker to CONNECTED i position.

1. PLACE Diesel Generator No. 3 in Local Contr>I by performing the following.

(1) At Diesel Generator No. 3 local r mtr61 panel, PLACE the six (6) NORM / LOCAL keylock switches in LOCAL position.

(2) At 4KV Bus E3 Compt All, PT Compartment.

PLACE the NORM / LOCAL keylock switch in LOCtl position.

(3) At 4KV Bus E3 Compt A!4, Aux A PT Compart, PLACE the NORM /LOCtL keylock switch in LOCAL position.

(4) IF Diesel Generater No. 3 is supplying 4KV liiis E3, THEN OPEN

  • a Generator No. 3 output breaker AU r. 'n Se m al Control canel.

(5) IF Diesel Generat e No. 1 is r w nig, THEN 3 TOP Diesel Generator No. 3 by 4epressing STOP push button at local Controi panel.

(IT START Diasel Generator No. 3 by depressing Emergency Start push button.

(2) ADJUST generator fraquoncy to 60 hert z with governor notor Control switch.

__ (3) ADJUST genorator stator voltage to 4.16KV using voltago adjusting rhoostat.

(5) CLOSE Diesal Ganerator No. 3 Output breaker by placing control switch labeled "GENERATOR CIRCUIT RREAKER" in the ' CLOSED" position.

(6) PLACE synchronizing ewitch labaled "SYNCHRONIZING GENFsATOR" in the "0FF" position,

q. At 480V Unit Substation E6:

(1) CLOSE alternate source breaker at 480V Unit Substation E6, located inside compartment FNO.

(2) OPEN normal soure.e breakar at 4 ROV Unit substation E6, locatad inside compartment FNO.
