C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01,

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A equipment, AND
2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the. reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be R B.l used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achieve-end maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without r 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss nf off-site power.

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for RCIC Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve,1-E51-F062, at MCC 1XA compartment DE4.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RCIC Turbine Vacuum Breaker Valve,-
