1. This procedure is entered from Unit 2 Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01.
2. Shift Foreman has determined that the Reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown from outside the Control Room using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B.

c. (2) Inboard and Outboard MSIV AC Power Isolation Switch Keys

2. OBTAIN seven (7) Security Access Keys from the Secondary Alarm Station.
3. OBTAIN one (1) copy of Unit 2 ASSD-05 from the Control Room for t use by the Senior Auxiliary Operator.  !

a. Diesel Generator No. 2 and No. 4 will be operated from the Diesel Generator Building. Indication and Control from the Control Room will not be available,
b. Emergency Buses E2 and E4 will be de-energized from their normal power source and re-energized from Diesel Generator No. 2 ar.d No. 4 Control Room indication and Control for the following breakers will not be

.available in the Control Room.

(1) Diesel Gen 2 to Bus E2 (AG7)

(2) Bus 1C to E2 (Slave AG4)

(3) Bus E2 to Sub E6 (AH1)

(4) Sub E6 480V Main Breaker (AV4)

(5) Diesel Gen 4 to Bus E4 (AK2)

15. ESTABLISH comunication with other remote shutdown stations using the "Y" phone jack labeled "REMOTE SHUTDOWN TRAIN 'B' (UNIT #2) SOUND POWERED PHONE CKT." on the RSDP. 1
16. IF any of the following conditions should occur TktN Rapidly -

TifPRESSURIZE the Reactor Vessel using Appendix 3.

a. Reactor vessel level as indicated on 2-B21-L1-604BX  ;

decreased to 45 inches OR indication of Reactor Vessel level is lost. l NOTE i The loss of Drywell cooling can be confirmed by monitoring point

Shutdown Panel. The time the event occurred can be decermined from the chart paper speed.  :

(1) N3 Backup System isolation valves are open; Step 7.c and Step 27 of Section G have been perf ormed.

AND (2) N2 Backup System Div. I pressure os indicated on 2-RNA-PI-5266 is less than 70 psig.

18. WHEN informed that D:asel Generator No. 4 is tied to Emergency Bus E4 THEN 1 mediately DIRECT the Emergency Switchgear Operator to STAF.TTEiclear Service Water Pump 28.

24. WHEN informed of the status of feeder breaker from Bus 20 to Emergency Bus E3 THEN PERFORM the following:
a. IF feeder breaker from Bus 2D to Emergency Bus E3 is 7.T. osed, THEN DIRECT Emergency Switchgear Operator to REMOVE the control power fuses AND TRIP feeder breaker from Bus 2D to Emergency Bus E3.
b. IF feeder breaker from Bus 20 to Emergency Bus E3 is Y5T Closed. THEN DIRECT Emergency Switchgear Operator to REMOVE the control power fuses for feeder breaker from Bus 20 to Emergency Bus E3.
25. IF Diesel Generator No. 3 is Operating. THEN DIRECT Diesel Tenerator Operator to TRIP Diesel Generator No. 3 output breaker AND STOP Diesel Generator No. 3.
26. DIRECT Diesel Gs nerator Operator to PLACE Diesel Generator No.1 g in local control.

b. IF feeder breaker from Bus 1D to F.mergency Bus El is ET Closed, THEN DIRECT Emergency Switchgear Operator to REMOVE the control power fuses for feeder breaker from Bus 10 to Emergency Bus E1.
28. IF Diesel Generator No. 1 is Operating THEN DIRECT Diesel Enerator operator to TRIP Diesel Generator No.1 output breaker AND STOP Diesel Generator No. 1.
29. WHEN
a. RCIC is operational AND maintaining Reactor Vessel water level greater than +70", AND
b. Suppression Pool is being recirculated using RHR Loop "B", THEN

c. DIRECT the RSDP Operator to BEGIN a plant depressurization and cooldown at greater than 1000F/hr M ,\

WHEN informed by Unit 2 Reactor Building MCC Operator that FN-V106 AND 2-SW-V118 are Closed THEN DIRECT Unit 2 Reactor Building NCC Operator to COORDINATE with Service Water Building Operator to ESTABLISH Service Water flow through RHR Heat Exchanger 2B for suppression pool cooling and shutdown coolin).

3. ESTABLISH sound powered phone comunications as follows:
a. PLUG Y-jack into sound powered phone jack on RSDP labeled REMOTE SHUTDUWN TRAIN "B" (UNIT #2) SOUND POWERED PHONE CKT.
b. PLUG sound powered phone headset into 25' sound powered phone extension cord AND PLUG sound powered phone exter.sion cord into Y-jack installed in Step 3.a above,
c. MAN sound powered phone headset AND ESTABLISH comunications with other operators.

4. OBSERVE RSDP indication for RCIC system status THEN INFORM Shift Foreman of one of the following conditions.
a. RCIC is Running N!
b. RCIC is NOT Running AND turbine indicates Tripped.
c. RCIC is NOT Running ~AIO turbine does NOT indicate Tripped.
5. JJ, RCIC is running ,THEN PERFORM the following:
