C. ENTRY CONDITION This proceoure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Indux ASSD-01. '

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe l Shutdown Train B equipment.

AND

2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achten and RB.I maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-g site power.

D. OPERATOR ACTIONS l

1. IF while executing this procedure, the fire is extinguished AND tIIe Shift Foreman determines that no action within this procedure is required. THEN EXIT this procedure.
2. OBSERVE the foilowing parameters on instruments indicated while l performing actions to achieve and maintain cold shutdown.

3. JJF, diesel generator building AND/OR reactor building entry is l required to restore ,0RR monitor equipment THEN l a. DISPATCH the following minimum manpower for performance of this procedure: l l

c. OBTAIN Security Access Keys from SAS Security Officer located in the Control Room AND PROCURE the following equipment from the ASSD

4. IF Divsel Generator operation is required. THEN BLOCK OPEN ETesei Generator autiding doors, as indirated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesei Generator operations.
5. IF Nuclear Service Water to Vital Header Valve,2-SW-V117 UNNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 2 5W-V117.
6. ,lF Huclear Scryice Water Supply Valve, 2-SW-V105 CANNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 2 SW-V105.
7. IF Conventional-Nuclear Header Cross tie Valve 2-SW-Y102 UNNOT be oparated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 2-SW-V102

8. IF ope at ' of RHR Service Water System is required AND RHR '

Te'rvics Y - Booster Pumps are NOT available THEN RUlk to OP 43.

9. IF operation of HPC1 Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, TIE 41-F002 is required AND power is NOT available from MCC 2XD, THEN BSEP-2/ASSD-04 Page 4 of 13 Rev. 0
a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF positica for HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation h Valve, 2-E41-F002, at MCC 2XD compartment DW1.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Steam Supply Line Isolation VaWe, 2-E41-F002, ;ASSD FEED) at MCC 2XC compartment DS1.
c. IF 2-E41-F002 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the ESD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEWTosition, at MCC 2XC compartment DSI.
d. IF 2-E41-F002 is required to be Closed, THEN PLACE W e ASSD Keylock Control St-tch in the C M position, at MCC 2XC compartment DSI.
10. IF operation of HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve.

TE41-F079, is required AND power is NOT available from MCC 2XB, THEN

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the 0FF position for HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve, 2-E41-F079, at NCC 2XB compartment DQO.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in tne ON - R S' position for HPCI Turbine Vacuum Breaker Valve, 2-E41-F079, (ASSD FEED) at MCC 2XC compartment DT2.
c. IF 2-E41-F079 is required to be Ope'n, THEN PLACE the ESD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN ~~~

position, at MCC 2XC compartment DT2.

d. 1F 2-E41-F079 is required to be Closed, THEN PA. ACE tiie ASSD Keylock Control Switch in the CW position, at MCC 2XC compartment DT2.
11. IF operation of Shutdown Coolir; Outboard Suction Throttle Ta'lve, 2-E11-F008, is requirea AND power is NOT available from MCC 2XDB, THEN
a. VERIFY OFF OR PLACE tile circuit breaker control switch in tTiE OFF position for Shutdown Cooling Suction ThrottTi"Valve, 2-E11-F008, at MCC 2XDB compartment B50.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RHR Suction Isolation Valve, 2-E11-TUO8, (ASSD FEED) at MCC 2XDA compartment B26.
c. IF 2-E11-F008 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the "Cl~ose/Of f /Open Keylock Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC 2XDA compartment B26.
