ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered from the Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSO-Ul.

1.

A fire has occurred in are area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A equipment, AND 2.

The Shif t Foreman has determined that the reactor 's to be brou9ht to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be R B.I used concurrently with E0P's and other operations procedures to achieve and maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of of f-si te power.

IF Diesel Generator operation is required, THEN BLOCK "0 PEN" UTesel Generator Building doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.

CAUTION 1

Performance of the.following disables RCIC high area temperature isolation

IF high.RCIC area temperature occurs due to loss of reactor Euilding ventilation, THEN

a. PLACE RCIC Logic A Switch, B21-SSA on panel H12-P614 in TEST position.
b. PLACE RCIC Logic B Switch, B21-SSB on panel H12-P614 in TEST position.
c. OPERATE RCIC per OP-16.

OPEN the t'ollowing 12SV UC breakers to ensure Safety Relief Valve high/ low pressure interf ace:

a. E11 Relay Logic A Circuit Breaker at 125/2$0V DC Distribution Panel 3A Circuit 3.
b. ADS Relay Logic A and B Control Panel H12-P628 Circuit Breaker at 12b/250V DC Distribution Panel 3B Circuit 11.

8.

ENSURE Pain Steamline Isolation Valve (MSIV) high/ low pressure interface is provided by performing the following:

a. PLACE Inboard MSIV AC Power Isolation Switch (keylock) on panel H12-P622 in ISOL position,
b. PLACE Outboard MSIV AC Power Isolation Switch (keylock) on panel H12-P623 in ISOL position.

c. OPEN the following 125V DC breakers:

Inboard Isolation Valve Logic Control Panel. H12-P622, Circuit Breaker at 12bV DC Distribution Panel 3A Ckt 12.

(2) Outboard Isolation Valve Logic Control Panel, H12-P623, Circuit Breaker at 12bV DC Distribution Panel 3B Ckt 12.
