C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASS 0-01.

__ 1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternat'Ne Safe Shutdown Train B equipment, AND

2. The Shif t Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Snutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achievp And maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-site power. g g,g

0. OPERATOR ACTIONS  !
1. IF while executing this procedure, the fire is extinguished AND the Shift Foreman determines that no ac' ion within this .

procedure is required, THEN EXIT tnis procedure.

2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while performing actions to achieve and maintain cold shutdown.

Instrument Location 1-CAC-TR-4426-1 Suppression Pool Temperature Control Room Panel 1-CAC-LR-2602 Torus tevel Control Room Panel 1-C32-PI-R605 Reactor Pressure Control Room Panel 1-C32-LI-R606A Reactor Water levei Control Room Panel

3. IF reactor building entry is required to restore OR monitor IIuipment,THEN ~
a. O!SPATCH the following minimum manpower for performance of this procedare:

b. OBTAIN the following keys from the SOS tey Locker (1) ASSO Equipment Cabinet Key #148 (1) A*,SD Flashlight Tool Box Key #160 AND PROCT'RE the following equipment from the ASSD Equipment Cabinet.

S. IF Nuclear Service Water Supply Valve,1-SW-V105 CANNOT be R SJ operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 1 SW-Vins.

6. IT Conventional-Nuclear Header Cross-tie Valve, 1-SW-Y102 CANNOT E operated from the RTGB, THEN tianually OPERATE 1-SW-V102.
7. IF operation of RHP Service Water System is required AND RHR Tervice '.later Booster Pumps are NOT available. THEN RTTTR to OP-43.
8. IF operattun of HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Yalve, T E41-F002 is required AND power is NOT available from MCC 1xo, THEN
a. PLACE the -ire.uit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve,1-E41-F002, at MCC 1XD compartment DW1.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Steam Supply Line Isolation YaTv~e, 1 E41-F002 ( ASSD FEED) at MCC IXC compartnent 051.
c. IF 1.E41-F002 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the TSSD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC ltC compartment 051.

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve,1.E41-F079, at MCC 1xB compartment 000,
b. PLACE the circuit creaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Turbine Vacuum Breaker valve, ~~-

1-E41.F079, ( ASSO FEED) at MCC IXC compartment DT2.

C. 1F 1-E41-F079 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the 10550 Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC 1XC compartment DT2.

d. 1F 1.E41-F079 is required to be Closed. THEN PLACE the 7350 Keylock Control Switch in the CLOSE position, at MCC 1XC compartment DT2.
10. IF operation of Shutdown Cooling Outboard Suction Isolation.

a. VERif Y OFF OR PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the TET pisition for Shutdown Coolin9 Outboard Suction Isolation valve, 1-Ell-FC08, at MCC 1XDB compartment 850.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RHR Suction Isolation Yalve,1.E11 TUO8,

( A550 FEED) at MCC 1XOA compartment B26,

c. IF 1-E11.F008 is required to be Open, THEN PL ACE the

'CTose/Of f/Open Keylock Switch in the OPEN position, at ~

d. 1F 1-E11.F008 is required to be Closed. THEN PLACE the
