l ENCLOSURE 2 1 January 1, to June 30, 1991 l i Radioactivo Gaseous Effluent Monitoring Instrumentation j Unit 1 & 2 Main Condonsor Off-Gas treatment system explosive gas monitors 1(2)-OG-AIT-4204 (SJAE.A.l!2 Analyzer), 1(2)-OG-AIT-4285 (SJ AE. A.lig Analyzor), 1(2)-OG-AIT-4324 ( SJ AE . B.y ll Analyzer), and 1(2)-OG-AIT-4325 ( SJ AE . D. ll2 AnalyZor) were inoperable for greator than a 30 day period during January 1 to June 30, 1991. Due to design problems, those monitors woro not returned to service within 30 days. The Main Stack Flow Instrument 2-VA-FIO-33f9 was inoperable for greater than 30 days due to a Plant Modification (PM 87-166) to upgrado the instrumentation. Plant Modification 87-166 was declared operable and the instrument was returned to service on Ffpbruary25, 3 rpl . v The Unit #1 Turbino Duilding Wido Rango Gas Monitor (1-D12-RM23) was inoperable for greator than 30 days during this reporting ' period due to ventilation fans being secured for outage work.
