A.lig Analyzor), 1(2)-OG-AIT-4324 ( SJ AE. B. ll Analyzer), and y 1(2)-OG-AIT-4325 ( SJ AE. D. ll2 AnalyZor) were inoperable for greator than a 30 day period during January 1 to June 30, 1991. Due to design problems, those monitors woro not returned to service within 30 days. The Main Stack Flow Instrument 2-VA-FIO-33f9 was inoperable for greater than 30 days due to a Plant Modification (PM 87-166) to upgrado the instrumentation. Plant Modification 87-166 was declared operable and the instrument was returned to service on Ffpbruary25, 3 rpl. v The Unit #1 Turbino Duilding Wido Rango Gas Monitor (1-D12-RM23) was inoperable for greator than 30 days during this reporting period due to ventilation fans being secured for outage work.
