C. ENTRY CONDITION This procceure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B equipment, AND
2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achievb Tnd R B.1 maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-site power.

D. OPERATOR _ ACTIONS

5. VELIFY a fivw path DOES NOT exist from the nuclear to conventional header thrdiijK Conventional Service Water h.mp 1 A Discharge Valves by performing the following:
a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for Conventional Service Water Pump 1A Discharge Valve to Conventional Header,1-SW-V13, at MCC 2PB compartment E45.

t 7. IF Nuclear Service Water Supply Valve, 2-SV-V105 CANNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 2-ST-VfDT.

8. IF Conventional-Nuclear Header Cross-tic Valve, 2-SW-V102 UNNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE F347102.
9. IF operation of RHR Scryice Water System is required AND RHR Wrvice Water Booster Pumps are NOT available. ~THEN RUD to ~

10. IF operation of PPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, -

c. IF 2-E41-F002 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the

'ATSD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN, position, at KC 2XC compartment DSI.

11. IF operation of HPCI Turbine (xhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve, FE41-F079, is required AND power is NOT available from ~~

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the C,FF position for HPCI Turbine Exhaust Yacuum Breaker ~

Valve, 2-E41-F079, at MCC 2XB compartment DN.
