C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown index ASS 0-01.

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B equipment, AND
2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be.

1. If[ while executing this procedure, the fire is extinguished AND the Shift Foreman determines that no action within this procedure is required, THEN EXIT this procedure.
2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while performing actions to achieve and nalntain cold shutdown.

Instrument Location 1-CAC-TR-4426-1 Suppression Pool Temperature Control Room Panel 1-CAC-LR-2602 Torus Level Control Room Panel 1-C32-P!-R605 Reactor Pressure Control doom Panel 1-C32-LI-R606A Reactor Water Level Control Roon Panel

3. IJL reactor building AND/OR service water building AND/0R diesel generator building entry is required to restore OR, monitor equipment, THEN
a. O!SPATCH the following minimun manpower for performance of this procedure:

b. ORTAIN the following keys from the SOS Key Locker (1) ASSD Equipment Cabinet Key 8148 (1) ASSD Flashlight Tool Box Key #160 AND PROCURE the following equipment from the ASSD Equipment Cabinet:

For Reactor Building (1) Flashlight (1) Sound powered phone (1) Copy of this procedure (3) Remote Sh- down Keys, Serial Til2 (1) Security Access Key (1) Twenty-five foot sound powered phone extension cord F_or Service Wat_er_ Building ,

(1) Twenty-five foot sound powered phone ' '

extension cord (1) Flashlight g g ,1

c. USE appropriate figures in this procedure to provide access / egress routes, equipment and comunication locations. (Normal comunications my not be available.)

4 E Diesel Generator operation is required, THEN BLOCK "0 PEN" Diesel Generator Rullding doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.

5 VERIFY a flow path DOES NOT_ exist from the nuclear to conventional header through Conventional Service Water Punp IC Discharge Valves by performing the following:

- a. PLACE the circuita breaker control switch in the OFF H

position for Conventional Service Water Pump 1C Discharge Valve To Conventional Header,1-SW-V17, at MCC 1PB compartment BX8.

b. PLACE the circuit breaker, control switch on' the OFF position for Conventional Service _ Water Pump 1C Discharge Valve To Nuclear Header, 1-SW-V18, at MCC 1PB compartment BX9.
c. VERIFY Closed OR, Manually CLOSE Conventional Service Water Punp 1C Discharge Valve to EITHER'the Nucle.?r-Header, 1-SW-V18 OR Conventional Header, 1-SW-V17, 6 IF Nuclear Service Water To Vital Header Valve, 1-SW-V117 NNNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manually OPERATE 1-SW-Y117.

7 E Nuclear Service Water Supply Valve,1-SW-V105 CANNOT be-operated f rom the RTGB, THEN, Manually OPExATE 1-SW-V105_.

8 IF Conventional-Nuclear Header Cross-tie Valve,1-SW-V102 TANNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN_ Manually OPERATE l-SW-V102. ,,

9. IF operation of RHR Service Water System is required AND RHR Te~rvice Water Booster Pumps are NOT available, THEN RUTR to OP-43 g 3,1,
10. IF operation of HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, T~E41-F002 is required _AND power is NOT available from MCC 1XD, THEN a,. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF poistion for HPCI Steam Supply isolation Valve, 1-E41-F002, at MCC 1XD compartment OW1.
b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Steam Supply Line Isolation VaWe, 1-E41-F002, (ASSO FEED) at MCC 1XC compartment 0S1.
c. IF 1-E41-F002 is required to be Open, T_ HEN PLACE the

%TSO Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at HCC IXC compartment 051,

d. IF 1-E41-F002 is required to be Closed, THEN PLACE We ASSO Keylock Control Switch in the CUI$T position, at MCC IXC compartment DSI.

c. IF 1-E41-F079 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the I!ISD Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC 1XC compartment DT2.
d. IF 1-E41-F079 is required to be Closed THEN PLACE We ASSD Keylock Control Switch in the CI'65E position, at MCC 1XC compartment DE .
12. IF operation of Shutdown Cooling Outboard Suction Isolation Valve,1-E11-F008 is required AND power is NOT available f rom MCC 1XDB,_THEN
1. VERIFY OFF OR PLACE the circuit breaker control switch ir, tE OFF position for Shutdowr, Cooling Outboard Suction Isolation Valve, 1-E11-F008, at MCC 1XDB compartment B50
b. PLAC2 the circuit breaker control switch in the ON-position for RHR Suction Isolation Valve, 1-E11-F008, ( ASSO FEED) at MCC 1XOA compartment 826 R. G . i
c. E 1-E11-F008 is required to be Open,_THEN PLACE the Close/0ff/0 pen Keylock Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC IXDA compartment 826
d. IF 1-E11-F008 is nquirnd to be Closed THEN PLACE We Close/Of f/Open Keylock Switch in the CUTSE position, at MCC IXOA compartnNt 826, 13 WEN, the Shi f t Forecta determines:
a. Conventional Service Water Punp 1C Discharge Valves can be operated f rom normal controls, THEN (1) PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for Conventional Service' Tater Punp IC Discharge Valve to Conventional Header,1-SW-V17, at MCC IPB compartment BX8.
