The scenario revisions l have been reviewed by the Region I team responsible for evaluation of the onsite portion of the February 26, 1986 exercise. It is our finding that the
! exercise scenario has been sufficiently revised to prevent compromise of the I onsite portion of the exercise by your inadvertent release of Revision 0, dated January 2, 1986, of the exercise scenario. The revised scenario satisfies the objectives which we have previously agreed to for the onsite portion of the exercise.
