Dear Mr. Miller:
Pursuant to the requirements of the new 10 CFR 73.67, enclosed is a re-vised and upgraded Physical Security Plan for the University of Florida Training Reactor. The plan is designed to provide physical security for a fixed site with special nuclear material of moderate strategic signifi-cance; essential elements have already been implemented. All parts of the plan will be implemented by September 21,1980 or 30 days after the plan is approved, whichever is later.
Please note that this plan is also officially submitted in partial fulfill-ment of the re-licensing documentation for tne llFTR.
