Dear Sir:
As required by our Technical Specifications, Section 6.6.3, Paragraph (1), we are reporting a significant change in our facility organization at Level 1.
Effective April 1,1989, Dr. Robert A. Bryan is the new Interim President of the University of Florida replacing outgoing President, Mr. Marshall M. Criser. Dr. Bryan will be the Interim President until a new permanent successor is selected. The President of the University of Florida holds line responsibility for Level 1 administration of the University of Florida Training Reactor and is the individual responsible for the UFTR facility license, charter and site administration.
