Dear Mr. Grace:
As required by our Technical Specifications, Section 6.6.3, Paragraph (1 ), we are reporting a significant change in our fa-cility organization at Level 1. As indicated in our letter of August 20, 1985, a search was made and a permanent Chainnan of the Nuclear Engineering Sciences Department has been selected.
Effective May 5, 1986, Mr. James S. Tulenko, formerly of McDermott (Babcock and Wilcox) Corp., Lynchburg, Virginia became the permanent Chairman of the Nuclear Engineering Sciences De-partment. The Chairman holds line responsibility for Level 1 ad-ministration of the University of Florida Training Reactor.
