Re: University of Florida Training Reactor Facility License R-56, Docket No. 50-83 As required by our Technical Specifications, Section 6.6.3, Paragraph (1), we are reporting a significant change in our facility organization at Level I which is the level responsible for the University of Florida Training Reactor (UFTR) facility's licenses, charter, and site administration.
Dr. M. Jan Ohanian, current and continuing Chairman of the Reactor Safety Review Subcommittee, assumed the position of Interim Dean of the College of Engineering to replace former dean Winfred M. Phillips effective July 1,1999 until a permanent dean can be identified in a national search. As interim dean, Dr. Ohanian assumes responsibility for Ievel 1 l I
administration of the UFTR along with the Chairman of the Nuclear and Radiological Engineering Department below him and the President of the University of Florida above him.
