The attached letter was supplied to the NRC Region II office to meet a requirement of the UFTR Technical Specifications. Since Mr. James S.
Tulenko is now the permanent Chairman of the Nuclear Engineering Sciences Department and holds Level 1 administrative responsibility for our reactor facility, he should be put on the mailing list to receive copies of significant NRC communications such as the March 27, 1986 letter on Reorganization of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
